My background includes laboratory operations, research support, analytical instrumentation, quality control processes, and environmental-adjacent work in academic and energy research settings. Across these roles, I consistently gravitated toward improving how teams work — organizing data, streamlining workflows, and building systems that increase efficiency and usability.

In my NMR laboratory role, I supported spectrometer maintenance and data analysis while also developing newsletters, training materials, virtual lab tours, inventory systems, and digital workflows that enhanced research accessibility and user experience.

More recently, as the founder of Digital Blend Labs, I expanded these same skills into business operations, supporting process optimization, documentation, reporting, onboarding systems, and workflow automation for service-based teams. What are AI Agents? > AI built into workflows, has predetermined instructions and tasks and works through the workflow created Goal:To automate and simplify email management by leveraging AI to categorize, prioritize, and route emails efficiently, reducing manual effort and helping users stay organized. Tools & Integrations Used: Relay (for building automations and workflows) Gmail (as the email source) Slack (for notifications and alerts) OpenAI (for AI-powered email categorization and draft responses) Description:I built an AI-powered Email Inbox Manager using Relay’s no-code automation platform. The system connects to Gmail to receive emails, uses OpenAI’s language model to analyze and categorize messages, and then sorts them into the right folders or priority levels. Important or urgent emails trigger instant Slack notifications to keep users updated in real time. Custom workflows ensure emails are processed accurately and consistently. The system sorts emails into folders based on content and priority, reducing manual sorting and helping users stay organized. This project demonstrates my ability to design workflow automations, integrate multiple tools, and apply AI for practical productivity enhancement.
